Refund & Delivery Policy

Bookkeeper ChapChap is a digital bookkeeping application available with a 14-day free trial.

During the trial period, you may access the app's available features at no charge. We will notify you before the trial expires. After expiry, some features may be restricted until you purchase a subscription.

Subscription and Delivery

Once payment is successfully received:

• Your subscription will be activated electronically.
• You will receive a receipt or invoice from Bookkeeper ChapChap or the relevant payment provider.
• No physical product will be delivered.

If your subscription is not activated after payment, please contact Bookkeeper ChapChap Support and provide proof of payment.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.

However, we may review refund requests involving duplicate payments, incorrect charges, technical failure to activate the service, or circumstances where a refund is required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Data Backup

Users are responsible for regularly backing up their business information, particularly before a trial or subscription expires.
